An interesting look at life and the moment that people choose to remain in. They say that it’s about time, but for me it’s about a sentiment. It’s about life and how it continues and as everyone else reaches their stop we feel that we are left alone. It is not about solitude but rather about finding the moment that we want to preserve.

Nice little trip.
An interesting take on the 1914-18 war. 48 minutes in you see mention of mountain fighting.

For those who enjoy seeing frozen landscapes :-)
An interesting talk on the importance of thinking of questions rather than knowing answers. As knowledge increases so the number of questions increases. Learning is one thing but a feedback system is more interesting.
A documentary worth watching.
My editing machine has a minimum of things installed on it. Final Cut Pro and related software, nothing else. The point is that when I am editing I am dedicated to that single task. I take breaks when it is rendering or when I need time to digest the edit so far. When I was editing over a decade ago I would mark 10 in and out points and then go and drink some ice tea while the machine assembled the footage.

I love the idea of putting a small camera on an object and filming event from that perspective. The idea of putting a gopro on a record is an interesting one. With the size of technology today you’d expect this to be simple to do. I was disappointed to see that what they did for this video clip was to build a camera rig for a Red Epic and get the camera to spin.
