For two years I have been doing research to find as much information as possible on the topic of via ferrata. Visiting the via ferratas which date back to the 1914-18 war would be interesting. In this short video recording we see some of the tunnels dug in to the mountain as well as where soldiers would have slept. Via ferrata is not just a sport to see nice landscapes. Historic exploration is also possible.
An advert for Air New Zealand, Boeing 777-300, Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, horse riding, New Zealand’s landscape, the three or four passenger classes and of course bungee jumping.

This is a french language documentary following a group of people who went to Argentina to go bouldering. You see the challenge of finding new routes. The style is original, more like a film in parts and more classic in approach at other moments.
Austrian and Italian troops fought in the mountains of the Dolomites during the First world War. They used via ferrata to get from one point to another. In this video you see one of the hospitals and the landscape in which these troops fought.

The idea of going on a trip that lasts for more than a year is a common one. People go by car, by walking or by foot. In so doing they discover a new side of life that they had not known before. The simpler the mode of transport the cheaper. In this case the traveller produced a timelapse of his hair growing over an extended period.
A fun video showing the path that can be taken by bike. Simple idea, short video.
